DisplayLok™ Security Carton 
A major customer came to us with another challenge: make an environmentally friendly package out of plastic and make it function on existing carton-filling equipment. The Display Pack team went to work finding a material supplier that could deliver the product within a tight range of specifications and make sure it was printable.
Once that was accomplished, the team had to print using special inks, die-cut using experimental techniques, and glue the finished carton using glue customized for the application.
The result was a recyclable plastic carton which could meet the performance requirements of paper packaging. It is virtually impossible to open without destroying the package and made of HDPE (milk jug) materials. (SPI Coded)
