Distortion Printing & Forming

This unique process begins in prepress where the art is modified to anticipate distortion produced by thermoforming.  Once the distortions are predetermined, calculated and implemented into the art, the printing process begins, followed by the thermoforming process.  The results are a unique appliqué that can be seen in the Visual Simulation (VSIM) links below.
